Hello Everyone! In this video, I teach you how to make a Smudge Stick (sage stick) with Flowers! This is something that I have been doing for years because I think its very important and fun to add a variety of different Cleansing and Healing Hers & Flowers to the Smudge Bundles. A Smudge Stick is a Bundle of Herbs that is burned to Cleanse the Air, Space, Area to bring purification and cleansing to the area being smudge. People smudge themselves too, especially the feet, because it will cleanse any unwanted energy from us. Smudge Sticks and burning herbs are Great for Cleansing Crystals as well! Especially crystals that cannot be cleansed in water. The Smudge Stick has its roots of Native American, but anyone can enjoy the benefits of a Smudge Stick. All Herbs give off Vibration. Just like everything else does. When an herb is burned, the vibration is very strong and when you use particular herbs & flowers, it will create a certain Vibrational Effect. Sage is one of the most common Herbs for a Smudge Stick, along with Sweet Grass, Cedar and more. You dont have to use strictly these Herbs, and in this video I teach you how to do just that :) The Flowers I use in this video are Marigolds. I absolutely love Marigolds, they are one of my favorite flowers. So many people dont know about the amazing benefits that Marigolds have to offer as plant in the garden, and vibrationally when you use them in your practice and day to day lives. You can use whatever Flowers you like. Rose Petals look Beautiful and smell great for this. Some of the Properties for Marigold are: - Herb of Purification & Cleansing - Rids Any Negative Energy from A Space - Brings Enlightenment, Joy, Longevity, Life force & Solar Energies - Rids Nightmares & Enhances Prophetic Dreams - Protects Against Negative Spirits - Gives one Strength, Courage and Brings Comfort to the Heart I hope you enjoy this video and have fun making your own Smudge Sticks with your desired Flowers! :) **WATCH THE VIDEO HERE: bit.ly/1GyKrlq Much Love!! - Brittany Proshen
