Hello all, We are now moving into a new strength and conditioning template. We will be learning new movements, ideas and goals. There will be some experimentation in order to find an optimal groove for everyone. Please know that CrossFit is constantly varied, NOT random. One piece that will be consistent into the near future is that we will be squatting every Monday and Thursday. So, as a wise man once told me, Bring your legs! See you in the gym
