Hello all We have mapped out a lovely trail for the 5 km worldwide companion run on Friday 28th November 3.30am starting at the top of mt Lofty. Camp Coad will mark trail with glow sticks for easy directions prior to the run. And after invite all who participate in a cuppa and early morning brekkie. The gates at mt Lofty will be closed at this time of morning, so we will need to park outside the gates. You may need to park just a little way down the road for safety. Then walk upto to the summit. Please bring a headlight and maybe some water for drinking. We will have a register to make sure we know who is out on the trail and returning. Thanks Karen Bentley and Daryl for assisting in marking out the trail in the wicked weather today. We look forward to seeing you at Mt Lofty Friday for a 3.30am start.
