Hello you!! Lets go! 4 minutes, 2 combo moves, work that whoooooole body! 1. High plank position alternate knee to same elbow and then knew to opposite elbow (2 minutes) 2. Pushup leg up to a knee crossover tuck (1 minute each side) This is harder than it looks!! 2 minutes if each exercise.
