Here are two exercises for you to try! The first one is called Surrenders and it is so good! If you dont have weights, or just dont feel ready for weights, then do it without it! You can use your hands (place them on your thighs for an extra help!). Its still a full body exercise no matter what! Make sure to have something soft for you to kneel on ;) Here are a few tips from Autumn: - keep a 90 degree angle in both knees at all times. - drive up through your hills - Abs in, chest up! * do 1 min right, then 1 min left leg. Repeat. Next is a Squat Wood Chop This is a transverse Abdominal exercise and its a fun one!!! Again, you dont have to use weights, and you can modify just by not squatting too low. Tips from Autumn: - keep your abs in and power off that leg you are leaving behind. - squat as low as you can and drive it up - power off from your hip every time you lift the weight * do 1 min right, then 1 min left leg.
