Here goes: Netflix played fine yesterday and so did Criminal Case, until the electricity went out for 2 hours, and then it came back on. So now everything works on my PC with 2 exceptions: Netflix wont play any movies, because the display shows that I must install Microsoft Silverlight, which is already installed. The game Criminal Case wont allow me to play because the display shows that I must install Adobe Flash Player, which is also installed. I talked to Netflix and my provider...for hours without any changes. Ive uninstalled the 2 programs and re-installed them, changed the browser, used fix-it and many other things ...still not working. Everything works on my tablet, but not on my PC. This is the question: Why would this happen since Ive made no other changes to my PC, and everything worked before the electricity went out? If anyone knows how to fix this problem quickly please let me know! Im frustrated and I dont know what is causing this issue. Thank you :)
