Here is a Teeny Gingered Swan comparison set of photos to see which shows you the true size of the house. Jerry, a very talented intern staying with us for a bit, volunteered to be the reference point and is under 6 tall and gives a very nice sense of proportion to the 80 square foot house. The bedroom upstairs will hold a queen sized bed comfortably with room to play on top. I doubt this could be taxable as living space in most places but it would classify as a storage or garden shed.
