If your thinking of joining a real estate team that is motivated, and going exciting places then here it is! The Bahamas Real Estate Association will hold its Entry Level Licensing Course from March 9th, - March 13th, 2015 with the examination on Saturday, March 14th, 2015 at the Melia Resort Hotel. Classes will begin at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be at participant’s expense. The fee is $1,150.00 per person and includes lectures, study materials, a text book, “Modern Real Estate Practice”, the Examination and a Certificate of Competence for successful candidates.
