Here you have a short video of my actual phone set up and performance I call it the BEAST 1st thing I did was root it, then flashed a custom recovery, then the Omega 11v ROM and then a Ktoonsez Kernel allowing me to overclock the CPU on each core and installed the Nova Launcher, The Samsung Galaxy S5 supposedly it’s a Quad Core at 2500 Mhz not completely tru, I tested mine before the modifications and its closer to 2400 Mhz now I’m running it at 2841 Mhz it really makes a difference 2nd thing was activating the developer options and under; Window animation scale changed it to .5x Animator duration scale also to .5x,Transition Animation scale to .5x (all 3 of these you can actually change them to 0 if you like) 3rd was installing Nova Launcher to replace the stock TouchWiz from the Omega 11v ROM eliminating the excess useless features from the TouchWiz UI that uses more resources, Nova gives you a clean Launcher with a ton of options that you’re actually going to use to name a couple I would start by saying that you can eliminate the label that’s on the bottom of your applications letting your phone run more freely because it doesn’t have to look for names and the second thing is that it has a browser optimizer you can use the default Nova speed or lighting fast speed option among others making your phone react instantaneous when you go from one page to the next or when you click on an application, I have to throw this one in, you can also resize widgets on your screens, with a few other useful options to give you a better UI and performance, the cool thing is that you can install Nova Launcher on another phone and if you backed up your Nova set up and settings all its going to pass on to your new device just as you like it instead of having to make she changes once again… This its going to make your phone the FASTEST out there without a doubt by Overclocking the CPU your internet browsing experience its even faster, your pages load up faster, by changing the Animations to .5x you get just a small amount of animation making your phone even faster and topping it off with the Nova Launcher well that’s to seal the Deal There are videos of how to put your phone in BEAST MODE on youtube but they’re missing key features like Overclock which it’s a must, they cover the animation scales but don’t mention flashing a custom ROM to eliminate the carriers and Samsung bloware from your system to let your phones memory run smoother, cooler and faster I’m not responsible for any damage that you cause to your phone, always remember to make a nandroid backup of your system just in case of you messing your phone up you can always go to the recovery and restore you phone back to normal, not all phones are built the same, try overclocking the cpu little by little till you see that the phone its not stable and then go back and bring it down a notch, after you re satisfied with the performance of your phone and you see that the phone its stable for daily use then set it to load on boot like this when your phone turns on again its going to overclock atomatically to the setting that you like If you read all this then you’re into this shit, if you have questions or want advise comment your question and I will reply with an answer
