Heres another profile of one of Echos rescued-parrots! Name: Belle Nickname: Baby Belle Backstory: Belle has had a pretty intense, short life thus far. She was apparently shot and was taken in by a well meaning person but in the process of repairing Belles wings her crucial flight feathers were cut. Belle came to Echo earlier this year very skinny and with limited flight feathers. Over the last few months Belles feathers have grown back and she has regained some flight! We are hoping that she will be released later in this year. Personality: Despite what dear Belle has endured during her short life she doesnt seem to have a mean or aggressive bone in her body. Baby Belle might be described by some as a little meek due to her thoughtful demeanour. We here at Echo like to think its because she is wise beyond her years and is constantly deep in thought. If she were human shed enjoy poetry, a glass of red wine and thought provoking conversation. Hobbies: Belle enjoys munching on fresh branches and chattering to her closest pal Kiki. She is also loving flying from branch to branch in the aviary, and spreading her recently returned flight feathers!
