Heres how Democracy works, kids....Approximately 20% of eligible voters, go to the polls and dictate the direction the nation will take for the rest. I dont fault those people at all. I fault those who dont participate in any way, except to gripe. As it is, Ill just sit back and wait for my tax burdens to be lessened now and use that money to buy my little vineyard in Tuscany. To those who voted for MY best interests yesterday, I say, TYVM! ****Clarification: 20% of registered voters are approximately 10% of the general population. SO, 10% of the people in this country have decided that a Republican House and Senate is what the rest of us need! This is why Democracy in the US is failing!
