Hey, Dan, I finally got rid of that boat anchor of a a hammered dulcimer I got from you guys. I had talked to Don Gardner when he came over with my minstrel banjo coffin case, and he told me hed bring over some pin block oil so I could tighten up the pins on the thing, but I got tired of waiting for him, so into the trash it went. Anyway, I still have Roberts two hammered dulcimers, the little one and the big one, and I play one or the other every now and then. I remember when Paula and I closed out his apartment in Bloomington, I found a note on the hammered dulcimer: Keep it tuned. Anyway, I was cleaning out the spare bedroom to make a little more room, and I tossed the old dulcimer (will a trash picker get it and sell it at a flea market? More power to him) and an old computer that some guy gave me thats not worth the effort of fixing, either. So I got a little more room and a little exercise this morning.
