Hey Everyone, Boardriders is on this Sunday 30th November. Come down to Longy at 7.30.am. And.... Annual Preso Night info below !!! The forecast at this stage is for swell in the 1m range from SSE, with gentle to moderate NNE winds strengthening in the arvo. Get into a heat, enjoy the BBQ and Music provided all day, and again we will have drinks in the carpark after the comp. -The running order will be the same as the last competition, if you arent there early you take the chance of missing your heat. - Because of heat draws & organising. We will have a 9am cutoff. (if youre not there before 9am, you wont be allowed to surf; so make sure you are there earlier, otherwise you could still miss your heat). -When you arrive report to Tash Gee (Groms) or B.J (Opens) to get into a heat. -If you are in U16’s divisions and above you are expected to judge at least 2 heats throughout the day to help run the competition smoothly. (if you haven’t judged before, we will help and teach you how to) ALSO upcoming Club Presentation night at DY RSL on 6th Dec Oh... THISLL BE GOOD !!! you can buy your tickets at Comp this Sunday. Saturday, 6th DECEMBER 6pm to Late Dee Why RSL (oaks room) Theme: Tight and Bright. - Live Band: Icarus & me Cost: $25.00 per ticket Families: $25 per ticket for first 2 then $20.00 per ticket each person after. Therefore: x2 = $50.00 x3 = $70.00 x4 = $90.00 x5 = 110.00 Non Members $5.00 surcharge. Finger Food will be provided as will some awesome live music, prizes and a great presentation.
