Hey folks, I thought the worry about my shoulder was over until the last 2 days. I woke up yesterday and it was sore. And today I can hardly lift it, let alone cycle. Ive been camping for the last 3 nights in Virginia. I think it might be the sleeping in a tent that is bothering it and then cycling which agitates the soreness even more. It just hurts a lot when I wake up. I am in Mineral, Virginia which is a tiny town of about 400 people. The fire department has a huge field that it lets bike tourists camp on. I am going to wait it out here for a day or two and take some ibuprofen and hope the pain starts to subside so I can get on the road again. Other than that, this trip has been incredible so far.
