Hey ho Groningse folks and prospective students, still looking for a nice room in Groningen? Here you can find remedy: I am subletting my room from the 1. of Aug. for one year and searching for a reliable, tidy and open-minded to live in my awesome room. As you can see the room has a kitchen so you don’t need to share it with the other students. Speaking of the other housemates, they are really cool. Several times we had dinner or BBQ together or went out. You share two restrooms and two showers (each Men/Women) and the wash machine as well as the dryer with 8 housemates. The room is 18m² big, has one big stream of light, which you can see in Pic. So there is always sufficient light in your room. The house is located at the Nieuwe Ebbingestraat and you have everything you need in less than 5 km around you. An Albert Heijn and a jumbo is just 2mins away, the city 5 as well as Norderplantsoen. As if this wasn’t enough you can a huge roof terrace which is really a perfect place to chill, read a book, having a sit-in with your friends. So if you want to live in this amazing room you have to pay a monthly rent of 400€ . If you are interested please send me a PM.
