Hi Everyone, now that I am getting busier and busier, it’s time for an update on booking appointments :) (sorry its a long one) - Once a week I put up an availability post on Facebook. Please only send SMS’s or Phone and leave a Voicemail Message to advise your expression of interest of an appointment time. - Please note I am not always available to reply or answer immediately (you wouldn’t appreciate me answering a call or replying to a text during your appointment so please don’t expect me to do so to others). - If I reply and advise you a time is available, please respond to confirm the appointment, I will only “pencil” you in for 2hrs. - To avoid disappointment, I recommend booking your next appointment before you leave your current appointment. - I only get time to update the Facebook availability post in the evenings, so even though it may appear that there is an appointment available, it may be taken or “penciled” in. - Arriving late for your appointment will, at best, reduce your treatment time and at worst, lead to your appointment being cancelled or re-scheduled. I will not allow late arrivals to interfere with the start of the next customers’ appointment. If you are going to be late, please let me know via phone call or text message. Facebook private messages and emails are unreliable for this sort of communication. As you will understand, I am a small home business and these are embarrassing situations for me. - I do keep a waiting list of those who need appointments, so if you cannot make an appointment, I would appreciate minimum 24hrs notice. - I work 7 days a week, and often I will work Public Holidays if asked nicely, once a week I work in a Salon not at home, I try to fit in time with family and friends around your appointments, so please be mindful of this and please don’t get annoyed at me when I’m not available! Thanks for Listening :-)
