Hi Family and Friends!! I know several of you have contacted me privately about joining me on this race! Here is the link to the Pumpkin Pie 5K on Saturday, November 15th. I created a team, Team Andrew code curedmd and if we get at least 10 people to sign up on our team Colorado Runner will donate $10/person on our team to a charity of our choice, which is Parent Project Muscular Dystrophy! I needed something to motivate me to get back into running and thought how perfect is this??? A fun 5K, in the fall (its not going to be hot), FREE Pumpkin Pie after the race, a medal just for finishing and donating to a GREAT cause! SIgn up! You can walk, jog, run, sprint this race!! We already have 10 people on our team!!
