Hi Jason & everyone who is interested in the almond & saffron crisps below is the recipe: - 120g Spice Library fresh almond meal - 4-5 tbsp levelled good quality honey - 10 Saffron thread (brew the saffron in 15ml hot boiling water for 15 minutes) In a shallow fry pan lightly toast the almond. add saffron water & residues mix through and then add honey. Stir and mix through until the mix is thickened. Remove from heat. Pour the mixture onto a chopping board and roll until a thin consistency is achieved (note the mixture is very hot). Cut to shape.
