Hi all, I am Shouting out for a few people who would be kind enough to offer some of their time to help the netball club. A requirement that the club has by Mid Hills is that we need to provide a certain number of people to the Associations Sub Committees. Below I have listed some of the sub committees we need to fill and a description of what they do. If you are able to commit to helping us out by filling one of these positions, please let me know asap as we have to submit them to Mid Hills on Tuesday. The committees are as follows: Finals Committee. • Meets as required. (Usually 4-5 times per year.) Duties o To arrange neutral scorers and timekeepers for all finals matches. o Arrange for purchase and provision of all trophies, medallions. o Solicit trophy donors or donations to cover cost of trophies. o Maintain all perpetual trophies. o To submit minutes of all meetings and an Annual report to BOM. Carnival Committee. • Meets monthly Duties are: o To arrange and co-ordinate all aspects pertaining to Representative Teams and Carnivals involving and approved by the Association. o To submit minutes of all meetings and an Annual report to BOM. Social Committee. • Meets when necessary. Duties: o To arrange and co-ordinate all aspects pertaining to any social function and/or fundraising event held on behalf of, and approved by the Association. o To submit minutes of all meetings and an Annual report to BOM. Regional Sub-Committee. • Meets as required. Duties: o To assist the Regional Co-ordinator and attend Regional meetings. o To organise suitable courses, clinics and seminars. o To submit minutes of all meetings and an Annual report to BOM.
