Hi all, for anyone who is interested in helping out with first year crits, I have received this e-mail from Ben Devereau. Comment below if you would like me to put your name forward, but be quick as it will have to be a first come first served basis: The first Interim is this coming Thursday (16.10.14), and will consist of the 20 drawings around Hope Street + learning how to draw a scaled architectural elevation, with half presenting in the morning and half in the afternoon. So, in all in won’t be a traditional content crit as there won’t be much (anything) in the way of design. The purpose of the day is more to introduce the format of the crit itself. Ideally we need 8 so that every tutor has a 4th year sidekick. Thursday will also be the first experience of the iPad feedback system that has been trialled and tested in the MA, so having someone to keep talking while we ancient reviewers navigate the new technology might be especially handy. This will be my first time arranging external critics so please be patient if the payment process doesn’t run totally smoothly first time around. Bear with me and we’ll get there. Please forward to other interested parties, and ask that you get back to me before the end of Tuesday so that I can make arrangements.
