Hi all, this is gonna be a long one, as it will also be my last post. Well let me firstly start by telling you something that I was told many years ago, by my commanding officer when I was still a soldier. Its operation index L/Corporal Miller mission accomplished and you are coming home son, I was pleased to hear that then and I am really looking forward to coming back to my home ( Egg Mountains.) It has been one hell of a mission boys and girls, and I have gained so much wisdom (Paul Miller and wisdom?) Nevertheless I have learnt so much about my boundaries, parameters and ability to overcome almost anything. Ive experienced sadness especially when I left Dickys ashes behind in the Grand Canyon, to total Joy by falling in love once again. So if I was to say something profound, and find a fitting word for all my experiences, it would be forgiveness. Once a wise old profit said Forgive them father, for they know not of what they do ( Jesus ) And this is what I have seen and experienced mostly on this trip. I really hope and prey that men, for once, can live in peace and harmony! And start to respect and treasure the many wonders that this world that we (all) live in, has to offer. And if I was to offer one word of wisdom, that would be CHANGE..... Lets change, before it is too late, and we have realized that we have within our ability the power to do so. Lets embrace and treasure the very thing that life itself has gifted us with, Mother Earth! And at the very least give our children something that they too will cherish! I think, that I talk for the millions when I say We owe them that! So as bugs bunny used to say Thats all for now Folks!! For my Nederlands ze vrienden, ik zie jullie volgende week!
