Hi everyone! Hope youve all had a quality Christmas break! For those of you who dont know, this year Im doing volunteer work for Teenage Cancer Trust which is a really great charity affecting many people our age! As part of that Im running a fundraiser which involves giving around 3,000 cups with the Teenage Cancer Trust logo on it to university students as part of a Cough Up Pennies scheme. The cup basically acts as your own personal collection bucket for you to put any unwanted, loose change into over the course of a term - theyll be collected back in just before Easter. It would be great if Waterpolo as a club could really got behind it, especially given as Teenage Cancer Trust is supporting one of our own!!! Have a look at the fundraising poster and give @TCTNE a cheeky follow on Twitter! Ill be giving cups out at training sessions and if you want to take some for house mates, other societies etc who might be interested there is plenty cups to be given out!
