Hi everyone I am advising anytime u hv to travel do not book with Krystal Tours it is the worst experience. I booked a margarita trip for 4days nd 3nights flight was suppose to leave on the 31st July, b at d airport 4 1230pm it delayed till 4pm then to 630pm then to 10pm then to 12am. I boarded the flight at 145am reached the hotel at 330am went and sleep at 415am got up at 830am to catch breakfast b4 10am then to meet the tour guide 4 12pm. Krystal tour told us the flight on the 3rd Aug was 4pm only to reach the desk 2c we hv to leave the hotel at 820am reached d aiport 855am and got delayed until 245pm I got searched three times, here what we got for the delay a glass of either juice, water or pepsi, do u think thts right. We only got tht bcoz we started to make noise.
