Hi guys! This is Natasha, welcome to my page! Ill be posting not only my makeup portfolio, which im still working on, but also product reviews and tips and tricks ive learned everywhere—from my grandmother to doctors to makeup industry professionals. I have always been passionate about beauty and art. Makeup is so much more than a beauty tool. It can boost confidence, inspire, create, transform and even bring fictional characters to life. I see myself as the painter, the human face as the canvas, and make up as my medium. The possibilities are endless. My interest in makeup artistry began when I was in my early teens. Booking several modeling gigs has really sparked my interest because I would always observe how the makeup artist would do my face. Before I knew it, I was 18 and making money from painting faces. I also got invited to be the resource speaker for MakeUp Artistry in one of DLSU’s events. It’s only lately that Ive decided to pursue this as a full-time career. Having worked as a personal shopper for the top luxury department store in the Philippines, I have gained further knowledge about beauty and skin care. Being a personal shopper, you have to handle all departments, but I personally asked my boss if I could be designated specifically to the Cosmetics, Perfumery and Toiletries floor. I spent countless hours talking to industry experts and immersing myself in makeup and skin care counters like Bobby Brown, MAC, La Mer and Clarins to name a few. I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of beauty and skin care which would be helpful in my career as a makeup artist and beauty guru.
