Hi guys, today I received an email from someone who had decided to buy some WRAC memorabilia from a seller on EBAY. I state at this point the seller she bought from was not me and not from my website. She was writing to let me know how unhappy she was with the quality and was expecting me to sort it out for her. I explained that whilst I am aware that there are some poor quality products on EBAY, they are neither mine nor the WRAC Associations responsibility, therefore it was up to her to take her issues up with the seller directly. Guys I work bloody hard to provide good quality graphics, good quality workmanship, majority of which is handmade by myself in my little workshop (AKA The War Office) it is not my role to sort out should you choose to purchase your items elsewhere. I always try and direct people to the WRAC Association Office Shop Site, if it is something I know they sell. I always makes sure that I am not in direct competition with the Association. I keep my prices as low as I can and whilst I can not donate mega amounts of money, I invest in people by offering memberships, the odd free gift now and then, raffle prizes etc and this does mount up to several hundred pounds in donations each year. I do this because I feel obligated to the memory of our Corps to ensure I am not bringing it not their members into disrepute. I can not be held responsible for other sellers, so please do me a favour, before you buy, if you are looking for something in particular, check out the WRAC Association Website, or contact me first, check out my website, if I dont do it I will point you in the direction of someone I trust to do it for you.......... But any arrangement you make with any other seller is between you and them. As it was I sent the lady something today because I felt bad for her, but that can not happen again as I have my own expenses to meet. Nothing I make is free, it all incurs costs at various stages of production, most of which I meet at my own expense in order to ensure you get decent quality for great value. Thanks guys, just be careful out there please - there is enough great quality items available to buy at reasonable prices, from a variety of established and respected sellers, dont accept second best just because it has a WRAC badge on it.........
