Hi there, Are you looking for a nice flat? Good, we are looking for a new flatmate because the previous one is going back to her home country (Brazil) at the end of the month. The flat was renovated a couple of years ago and is located on Naviglio Grande (which is one of the best spot in Milan to chill out). There are three rooms (two are already filled by Bocconi students-a master and a PhD), a kitchen is fully equipped (oven, refrigerator, dish machine, washing machine, kettle, etc…), a nice balcony with view on the Alps, bathroom with a bathtub. About 20 minutes walk from Bocconi, 7 minutes from Porta Genova (metro station), 1 from the bus station. The rent will be 500€ and it includes condominium (but electricity, gas and internet will be shared at about 30€ per month). The room is not gigantic for say, but there is a desk, a wardrobe, a new mattress and an air conditioner working two ways (heater/cooler).
