On the occurrence of any of the Events, candidate shall be solely responsible to deal with the Statutory Authorities. Responsible and coordinate for all the Offences and penalties mentioned under Section 9 of the Central Excise Act, 1944 and Offences and Prosecutions under Chapter XVI of The Customer Act, 1962 or the Director General of Foreign Trade other applicable provisions, rules, and regulations etc. as may be applicable for all the offences, prosecutions and penalties related to Search, Seizure, Inspection and survey etc with respect to the Statutory Authorities. Team Leader for all aspects related to the Events and it shall be your responsibility to ensure mitigation of the penal consequences, if any, about to arise. To liaison with the respective Statutory Authorities and wherever required, visit the officials. Responsible to handle all Search, Seizure, Surveillance, Inspection and Survey including those already occurred in the past.
