Hmmm...this is surprising. Ive only used the Finex skillet twice, and already the cooking surface looks like this. The pan itself is fine; its still perfectly flat, not warped or anything. But the seasoning doesnt seem to have held up very well. Tonight, I seared a steak on my electric stove -- set to no more than 5 to 6 (with 10 being the highest) on the stovetop burner. At this point, Im thinking that I may have to attempt re-seasoning the pan, this weekend.
