Holly, who has been in foster care for us for 18 months has been at Oxford Vet for the past month while Dr. Steep figured out that she has IBD - Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Once he diagnosed her with that, he and his staff have been testing various diets on her to find the magic bullet that would stop her bloody stool and urinary issues. Looks like he has done it, and is now just keeping her for a little while longer to confirm this is the solution to a healthy Holly. When she is ready to be discharged, we will need a foster for her. She was with a temporary medical foster for several weeks before she went into the Vet, but now we need a longer term foster or better yet an adopter. Holly is a senior girl, mostly deaf, around 12 years old now and as you can see has had some health issues, but they are under control.
