Homecooked goodness for my sweetie: Wild Caught Alaskan Cod cooked in my pinot noir sauce with fresh onions, lemons from our tree and garlic, served over a bed of baby greens and cilantro with lemon and freshly ground sea salt and pepper, topped off with Toscano Peppered cheese and my famous strawberry peach chili spicy salsa with a fresh parsley garnish. Served with a side of steamed cauliflower, carrots cilantro and then spicy corn on the cob that rivals the ones you buy on the little cart to perfection and paired with a nice Pinot Noir...mmmmmmmm!
