While the city’s long term price stability is great for home owners, the lack of boom potential is frustrating for housing investors, especially when other cities in Queensland seem to experience regular price booms. It’s the same story for home units and even though the high rise unit market in Brisbane is expanding rapidly, prices are not rising at the same speed.
