They get neighbors to Gang Stalk THE TARGET WHEN SHE ENTERS OR LEAVES HER HOME – SIMULTANEOUSLY PULLING OUT OF OR INTO THEIR DRIVEWAYS WITH THEIR CARS/WALKING BY THE TARGET’S HOUSE They use the same Torture Tactics in their Government Gang Stalking Program: social isolation – getting surrounding neighbors to participate in Gang Stalking, sleep deprivation – getting surrounding neighbors to hammer, use power equipment in the early morning. GANG STALKING THE TARGET WHEN SHE ENTERS OR LEAVES HER HOME – SIMULTANEOUSLY PULLING OUT OF OR INTO THEIR DRIVEWAYS WITH THEIR CARS/WALKING BY THE TARGET’S HOUSE 5. USING ANCHORING – PARKING RED CARS AND TRUCKS NEAR THE TARGET’S HOUSE – BEING OUTSIDE WEARING RED ON THE TARGET’S ENTRIES AND EXITS 6. DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE/UNREMITTINGLY HARASSING TO FORCE THE TARGET TO MOVE AND LEAVE THEIR HOME We have never seen such UNREMITTING HARASSMENT in the history of our country. They get citizens Vigilantes, probably Neighborhood Watch Group members, to use RED cars and RED trucks, to wear or carry RED in conspicuous surveillance throughout the day. They cause distracted driving – pulling out of alleys along side the target, riding in front of, or in back of, or beside the target. They are there first at intersections. They walk along the route of the target. They cross in front of her. When she reaches her destination, they are there at her entries and exits. They walk in front of the target, in back of the target, parallel to her on the street. They learn her patterns. They are there when the target arrives at typical destinations. They use PSY-OPS Anchoring in their program of UNREMITTING HARASSMENT. ANCHORING An Anchor is a stimulus that evokes a response. Gang Stalkers use anchoring to try to elicit a negative state in the target. Our brain works to automatically form associations between stimuli. It works like this. A target is Gang Stalked. Gang Stalking elicits a negative emotional state in the target. All the Gang Stalkers expose the target to another stimulus - the anchor - for instance, "lawnmowers left on lawns." Each day as the target rides in his car through his neighborhood he sees the people who have previously been gang stalking him have all left their lawnmowers out in the front of their lawns. Now when the target goes into other neighborhoods - where gang stalking may also be occurring, since it is sometimes done through Neighborhood Watch Groups, he sees a lawn mower left on a lawn, and a negative emotional state is elicited in the target. Anchors can be any stimulus that all the Gang Stalkers use. Some common anchors used in Gang Stalking are: 1. RED 2. car door open 3. house door open 4. cars of Gang Stalkers parked on the road in front of the target’s windows 5. open trunk of a car 6. open car hood 7. lawn mower left on lawn 8. garage door open 9.
