Our items take 14 working days from payment to make (depending on how busy we are). Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer and no item will be made without payment beforehand. Please Read Our T&Cs before ordering. Dollys Originals Bespoke Gifts Terms & Conditions Ordering: ~ To order our items we require: name, age, hair and eye colour, hair length and what clothing or personalisation you require. ~ Our items are made to our specific Dolly style we do try our upmost to make them to your specifications however due to them being handmade and unique to each person we cannot guarantee they will be an exact match, they are merely a cartoon version, with the personalisation in hair and eye and clothing. ~ Each bag is individually made there for if you request a bag similar to one previously made we will try our best to make it although there may be slight differences. ~ Once your order has been submitted it CANNOT be changed due to the fast turn around of our items. ~ Orders can be submitted at any time but no order will be started until payment has been made there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. ~ Orders take 14 working days to complete from payment, any order of 3 or more items will take longer than the 14 day limit but we will keep you updated of our progress every step of the way, please be aware of this when ordering 3 or more items. Refunds/Replacements ~ Please note no items will be refunded unless there is a drastic fault in design on our behalf, please note any mistakes made by the customer when submitting the order will not be refunded due to the personalisation clause in the Distance Selling Act. ~ Refunds within the 14 days prior to the orders being commenced will be refunded although there is a non refundable deposit of £5 per order to cover costs of materials prior to commencement. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE FULLY AWARE OF OUR T&CS, THE ORDER AND ALL INFORMATION IS CORRECT AND THAT YOU HAVE SEEN OUR PREVIOUS WORK. Postage ~ We offer two types of postage: Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked mail. The only safe way to have your parcels delivered is via tracked Mail, this is a little more expensive but ensures the security of your package. ~ We take no responsibility for any parcels lost which have been posted 1st class without tracking. If this unfortunately happens to yourself our policy is to wait the 14 days (the Royal Mail time period for lost packages) we will then claim the refund back via Royal Mail and in turn issue it to the customer. Please be aware if you think your package is lost to check your neighbours and local sorting office incase they have been misplaced. ~ We take no responsibility for any errors in postage due to not being given the proper delivery address/ details etc.
