How can it be allowed for officers to represent law enforcement, if they show inappropriate & bigoted behaviors, as the officer was acting without provocation. Are we a military nation who is controlled as though we are in a boot camp? They cant invade a citizens space without cause... Imagine how hed treat a person with a minority status! OMG! I would be intimidated by him & I am a WASP (White Anglo Saxon Protestant) female!! Some p eople may be afraid to roll their windows all the way after this video circulates...
