How do you find the strength to truly forgive in your heart when there is no apology? I know that holding onto the hurt is only preventing me from having the life I deserve, I know that Ive been a sincere honest person, and I know how much I have to offer the world. So why do you let someone elses betrayal determine your happiness and self worth? The hardest pill to swallow is the fact that betrayal cant some from enemies, it only comes from the ones you love and trust most in life. Sure, we all go through tests in life to teach us lessons on how to be the person we are meant to be. But I cant seem to find the purpose that all of this is supposed to have for me. I hope that revelation comes soon. How do you go on without bitterness in your heart? So far all I can say is that if nothing else, I have be blessed through all of this to realize compassionate and caring so many people are in my life that I never realized. And for that Im truly grateful. That support is what has helped me take a step forward everyday even though some days I take a couple steps back. Im forever indebted to all of you who are helping me through this. Feeling a little hopeful and a little hopeless at the same time today.
