How it work: 1. Send us a Facebook message or email (deliveredconvenience@yahoo). Include the following: -First and last name -Address -Items requested 2. We will reply (usually within 15 minutes) with your total for delivery including delivery fees, and an estimated delivery time frame. 3. If you approve, simply reply with a confirmation 4. You receive your goods from a polite and professional delivery driver. Some guidelines: Tipping your driver is not a requirement, but it is nice. All of our delivery drivers are considered tipped employees. Just as a waiter/waitress depends on tips to make minimum wage, so do our drivers. Any delivery fee paid for our service does not go to the driver. ---------- Our service is primarily a personal shopping service. This means that we will purchase items on your behalf. You then reimburse us for the items, along with the applicable delivery fee upon delivery. In most cases, you are not actually purchasing the item from us. We retain all receipts for cash management purposes. If you are ever in need of a copy of the receipt for any item delivered, let us know. We will be happy to email you a copy. ---------- Any product that has an age restriction will only be delivered to those that meet the restriction. A valid state ID/license is required. These items will not be delivered unless you sign an agreement stating that you will not allow those whom have not reached the required age for use/consumption to have access to the product. The agreement also states that you will not use any items delivered in any illegal and/or immoral activities. ---------- Fees are as follows: One stop before delivery, up to 5 items - $3.00 Two stops before delivery, up to 5 items total - $4.50 Each item more than 5 will be an additional $0.25 We will delivery no more than 10 items at any one time unless it was requested one or more days in advance. ---------- At this time we cannot deliver from any business that already has a current local delivery option. (i.e. restaurants that offer delivery, pharmacies that offer delivery, etc...) ---------- We will do our best to make sure that the items you requested are exactly as they should be. In the event that you are not satisfied with an item delivered by us, please refer to the following guidelines: For items purchased from a restaurant - Contact the restaurant directly for any quality and/or accuracy issues. For items purchased from a store - Contact us. We will exchange the item for one that meets your standards. All requests for exchange must be made within 2 hours from delivery. ---------- Special note about grocery stores: We will make trips to larger grocery stores, however, this service must be scheduled in advance. At no time will we be able to make a trip to a large grocery store the same day as the request. In most cases, we will be able to make this trip the following day and be ready to delivery by 6pm. Grocery trips are limited to 40 Items. The fee for grocery trips will be the greater of: $10.00 or 10% of the bill. This rule does not apply when 10 items or less are requested, and all items can be purchased at a smaller store, such as Dollar General. ---------- Payment methods include cash, and credit card swiped at time of delivery. Credit card must belong to the person using it and must be verified with a valid state ID/license. We do not accept SNAP, WIC, or any other form of payment not listed above. At this time, we do not accept coupons, except for cigarette coupons. Coupon must have at least one week before expiration date, and must be used on exact item specified on coupon. ---------- We currently delivery to much of Fairborn and all of WSU.
