Humanitys crying for help!!! This is a real family, with real problems, needing real help! A young man in a strange land feeling alone and helpless and unable to support himself, and unable to support his family in the Philippines. We must not forget that Temporary Foreign Workers are not just statistics-they are real people. With your help we can resolve this injustice with Mowen Kambo. Friends of Ragged Beach- https://facebook/pages/Friends-of-Ragged-Beach/202218653283321 (FORB) has contacted Canada Immigration (CIC) and a request for review and granting a new work permit is being processed. FORB has used contacts in NL to secure full employment should CIC grant a new work permit. We have been advised that an immigration lawyer may need to provide assistance and funds will be needed to resolve this injustice with Mowen Kambo. The Kambo family lives in a rural area of the Philippines where a recent storm has badly affected travel and survival. Mowen Kambo is the sole support for the Kambo family, Mowens father was inflicted with an illness and is unable to work. Mowens employer in Canada failed to comply with new regulations for the Temporary Foreign Worker Program and had Mowen working illegally in Canada for a period that placed him in jeopardy of being deported. The employer has accepted no responsibility for Mowens situation, and has abandoned him. Please provide immediate financial aid for living expenses and legal assistance to allow Mowen Kambo to remain in Canada.
