Hung out with a long time neighbor in Angel Valley this afternoon as his house was being built. Heard the story of his proposal to his wife many, many, years ago. Heard about how Angel Valley was in the 1960s.. It was the best neighborhood around for kids, for families. Another senior long time resident of Weed, the first neighbors friend, drove up. And, we talked more. Heard stories of current events of kids and grandkids. Heard the story of one miracle after another miracle after another miracle, and listened to the two men marvel at how no human lives were lost in the Boles FIre. I referred to the one senior man who alerted all of the peeps, his grand daughter in a leadership class included, as to the fast moving Boles Fire at their door step, as a hero, even as he was one of the many, many heros who saved lives. Truly, it was as much a miracle as any Miracle, that, not one life was lost. God acting in man, Man acting in God. Even as Christ was born of Mary in the Manger, so, too, may that person of Christ continue to work Miracle upon Miracle upon Miracle of Holy Healing, even Healing of the Heart and Psyche of those who are in need of healing. .
