I Will Come Again!! John 14:3. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself, that where I am, there ye may be also. Scoffers (1peter 3:3) have been going all over the place blabbing, teaching and preaching that Jesus is not coming again. But here is Jesus Himself -neither His interpreter nor His personal adviser- Jesus yes Jesus Himself- saying to you and me, “I will come again”. First He made us understand that the purpose of his departure was to go ahead of us and prepare a place for us. He does not want us to come into our Fathers house and become stranded. He wants to ensure that a mansion is there for everybody. Brothers and sisters, friends and folks, there will be room for everybody in heaven. There will be no squatter/squatting, no managing. Everyone will be comfortable. That is why Jesus departed- “to prepare a place for you and me”. The question is-“Are you preparing for Him?” He said He is coming to take us to Heaven and so we must prepare like people who are ready to embark on a journey. If you are still busy here and there as though the world is your permanent resident, you will miss out. The train will always leave a lazy passenger behind. Don’t be that lazy and late passenger. Be ready; be prepared because certainly I will come again!!
