I am filing suit against this judge and Judge Richard Marano and Judge John Pickard, along with those at the CT Supreme court, who have fundamentally denied me almost 4 straight years my most fundamental right to simply be heard in any Superior, Appellate, or Supreme court hearings I have been forced to endure. The State of Corrupticut has had it out for me, along with the city, state police and entire judiciary, ever since 2010 when I threatened my legitimate and serious law suit from the illegal firing from my AFSCME union city position of 6.5 years in 2010. My basic freedom of speech and right to petition the government for legitimate grievances have been usurped continuosly at every curve by the entire government at every level I have sought relief. I am devastated to find I am not alone. I came to believe this was a condition unique to me and my circumstances as an Army brat of Retired ARmy Major, Vietnam Veteran and my own military experience. I was horrified to find that it is every TRUE American who is victimized by these horrific white collar crimes known as the entire U.S. Judiciary!!!
