I am flabbergasted by how many moms thought that this doll was weird or creepy. They even said it was GROSS. Why would a little girl pretending to breastfeed me creepy. It does make suckling sounds when held to chest. Why is that creepy? They make dolls that burp, eat, and poop and pee. Why isnt that gross? They also make dolls that making sucking noises on a bottle. Yet the idea of this pretend play is gross? My little girl pretends on a daily basis to breastfeed her dolls up to her naked chest lots of times. Is she gross?? The whole point is to teach or encourage nurturing play and this does that. Of course it can be done for free with a cheap doll and imagination as well. My favorite is the Bill O Reily quote...
