I am going to put this out there. With the pending vote on the emergency legislation on July 21st.(If the vote happens.) If we, the community members dont feel like we are being heard on this matter or have yet to be able to voice your concerns due to work, family, or other obligations. How about we tell council, that we are unhappy with them making these decisions on an emergency basis. Two words could slow this way down. Just a thought before my work day begins. :) RECALL ELECTION
