I am happy to announce the relaunch of my lifes work, nourishedlifedesign Its been a humbling experience to find my lifes purpose. To come to terms with why I am here, and what I should be doing with my life. This project has been over a year in the making and I am finally able to say, with a clear heart and mind, that this is who I am, and this what I want to be doing. I hope that you visit the complete site and take a look at the many new programs that we have developed. Please take a look at our new 3-Week Wellness Jumpstart Workshop, scheduled to launch on December 15th, 2014. I am also happy to announce that I will follow this workshop, with a 7-Week Mindset-Shift Workshop on January 12, 2015. At the end of January, I will announce and launch my new signature 90-Day Life-Transformation Program featuring the 3 Pillars of Wellness: Mind-Body-Spirit. Each Pillar will be a 30 day module focusing on the MIND, MOVEMENT, and the POWER OF THE HUMAN SPIRIT. I am also proud to unveil our new resource. The Nourished Life Design Lifestyle Satisfaction and Energy Profile Assessment. This tool provides valuable insight into your life satisfaction and energy levels, and how you Show up in life under normal situations, and under stress. This has become a key resource for our clients and what we focus on in our Coaching Programs. We have revamped our 2pm Juice Club and continue to develop new recipes and motivation for our Juice-happy members. I have also expanded our Nourished Life Design Wellness Supplement Brand. We now offer over 10 products and still make the best tasting all-natural whey protein on the market. Stay tuned for more details on our products and services, launch dates, and special promotions.
