I am looking for an apartment for a daughter of a friend of mine. She is moving into the Southern Indiana area and will be working in Sellersburg. She is interested in an apartment in a nice area, a basement walk out apartment, or an above the garage apartment. One of the main concerns for my friend is the situation be in a safe and comfortable area. It does not have to be in Sellersburg, but it needs to be in IN. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
