I am making my very first komboucha and am curious as to the minimum brewing time where I will still get all the benefit from it...please. I am a sweet tooth, its day 3 and tastes yummy but I know its too early. Also, when I disturbed it my scoby went to the bottom& it wont come up again, its a little sideways but on the bottom. It has lots of stringy things growing, is this yeast? Please advise! :))
