I am over a week late but no less thankful... Day 5: - I am thankful that my husband Horacio is in my life and shared in the synthesis of our beautiful sons. - I am thankful for my girlfriends. I dont get to spend nearly enough time with them anymore but they have been around since my youth and that is how it shall stay. I love them dearly. - I am thankful for my mother-in-law, Nancy. She has amazing patience with and an easy understanding of our boys. She is never daunted by the sometimes weekly sleep-overs. I am so appreciative of a few extra hours sleep and a peaceful morning now and then. - Last but certainly not least, I am eternally thankful for my mother, Diana. Without her, nothing in my life would be as it is. I am an only child and her solid and constant love and devotion have been my guides. We have not always seen eye to eye but Mum has always put me before herself and that complete selflessness is rare. She has taught me about inner strength, open emotion and good chocolate.
