I am perfectly capable of making my own choices without your help…really. I’m sorry if you thought that just because you are some entertainer that everyone else seems to follow, that somehow I should pay attention to your assessment of the world condition…really? Dont feel bad, I dont listen to politicians opinions either. Oh and about your theology and perspective on what YHVH’s Word says, you really SHOULD actually READ His Word before trying to justify things that are NOT even found there! You should especially pay attention to the parts where He Says Forever, Everlasting and Eternal…yeah, that’s kind of important. Just because you have a huge following and a lot of influence over them, that does not mean that you get to make the rules. Yeah, I know you are used to having your own way, but He told us what we should be doing a long, long time ago. Seeing as how He created everything we know, taste, touch, feel and see in this world, I am going to follow what He Says. His Rules override everything else! You see, I have chosen to live His Way. When I made that commitment, I also gave up those things that do not please Him…some of those things that He even calls an abomination. That IS a STRONG word isn’t it? He wants us to KNOW beyond any shadow of doubt what His Feelings are about those things that He Dislikes. Everyone seems to think that they can live any way that they choose and put a happy face on something that He forbids, and that He will just accept that. That did NOT work out so good for the Children of Israel when they built a golden calf and worshiped it, did it? Surely you know that story? How many died that day? Around three thousand? They said it was a feast to YHVH…they decorated the calf all up, so that it was nice and attractive to all who were there…it was just a reminder to them…they were not worshiping the calf. YHVH did NOT see it that way did He? We are supposed to learn from the mistakes of those who have gone before us. He gave us His Torah, so that each of us could read for ourselves and understand what His Word clearly says and what He Requires of those who are His. He tells His People to be set-apart. Most people do not like that do they? They don’t want to stand out, they don’t want to appear different, they don’t want to go against what everyone else is doing. We have a Savior who did that VERY thing…He went against what everyone else was doing and He set an example for all of those who would come after Him and seek YHVH and His Kingdom. Did He EVER do ANYTHING outside of the Word of YHVH? If we claim to be His and that we are redeemed through Him and that incredible act of redemption that He did for us…then WHY would we do ANYTHING outside of the Word of YHVH and say it is for Him? I choose the Way of YHVH. I want to do ONLY what pleases Him…I want to observe the days that He set aside for His People to observe. I don’t care what is popular with the world or what feels good…I seek Him and ALL His Righteousness. I will stand and be set-apart to Him, even if I am the only one standing…that IS the commitment I made to Him. Thanks anyway…I appreciate your attempt to try and justify and make everyone feel good about doing things that are NOT in His Word…but I choose YHVH. Joshua 24:14-15 14 “And now, fear יהוה, serve Him in perfection and in truth, and put away the mighty ones which your fathers served beyond the River and in Mitsrayim, and serve יהוה! 15 “And if it seems evil in your eyes to serve יהוה, choose for yourselves this day whom you are going to serve, whether the mighty ones which your fathers served that were beyond the River, or the mighty ones of the Amorites, in whose land you dwell. But I and my house, we serve יהוה.” Always, seek the truth…rethink, relearn, return.
