I am pissed off and need to vent! We are being treated like we back in the 60s and dont even realize it! Voter ID law SB14 is a straight up racist poll tax set up by the racist ass republicans! The Republican friendly Supreme Court allowed this law to continue after a judge in Texas demand it to make poor blacks and Latinos have a more difficult time to vote. There are 6 forms of ID which are all leaning towards gun toting Republicans. One of the approved forms of identification is a concealed hand gun license but not a university school ID though! People are not able to show a expired license but have to get a birth certificate which a lot of rural and older people had midwife and births at home. Military ID is ok , a drivers license, election identification certificate (EIC), citizenship certificate, and a passport which cost almost $300 to get and not many poor people are taking trips to other parts of the world. The citizenship one you know who that is againts, and not many poor people are buying hand guns to conceal. young people who are in college but might not be able to drive yet or by a gun and get a passport are stuck out. It is ashamed that we get a black president and we are getting treated still what MLK marched on Selma to Montgomery for the right to be able to vote with out the bullshit the south be pulling! North Carolina passed a even worse one! People stand up and write your Congressman or woman and stop the madness! I am out!
