I am taking a poll of who uses Digital Signatures and why you prefer them. Also Im interested in who doesnt use them and why there is the general mistrust. Most of my reasons for not using Docusign have been addressed and I am just now joining the real digital transaction world. Some of the reasons I am joining now: 1- Bank of America, FHA and Freddie Mac are now accepting digital signatures 2 - My Broker (and many Realtor colleagues) insist on using, so half of my documents are already eSigned 3 - Overall convenience that I have experienced using my board of Realtors eSign program What do you think and what industry are you using them in?
