I am thinking about how we will live in a post scarcity world. This isnt science fiction, in places like Australia we are pretty much there now. Unfortunately. Our government still thinks like the world is in the 1850s and that the poor will pollute our bloodline by breeding like vermin under our floorboards. Well, the idea of rich and poor needs to be rethought in a world where we have little or no need for human labour of any kind, either for the labor of the worker or the input of the capitalist. What do we do when everybody can have the means to be happy, fed, housed, clothed, with all our needs met without ever lifting a finger?
